Pricing
Two plans. One household each.
Everything the app does is in both plans. The second one adds Deep Review, an agent that reads your whole setup at once and says what it found.
Free to start, with everything switched on. We show your trial length before you enter a card, and that is the length you get. We ask for the card up front so nothing stops working the day the trial ends, and the first charge lands the day after. Cancel before then and it costs you nothing.
Premium
The whole app. Every account connected, every canvas, every projection, for everyone in the household.
Billed monthly. $169/year if you would rather pay once.

Premium AI
Deep ReviewEverything in Premium, plus a second pair of eyes: an agent that reads the whole setup at once and says what it found.
Billed monthly. $299/year if you would rather pay once.
Join the WaitlistCard up front when you start · cancel any time before the trial ends
- Everything in Premium
- Deep Review: an on-demand read of your whole setup, 30 runs every 30 days
- It finds miscategorized merchants, unlinked income, missing budget items and setup gaps
- Every fix is one tap, and you confirm it before it applies
No free tier. The trial is the free version and it gives you the whole app. You see how long it runs before you enter a card, and right now it is 7 days.
You are paying for a household, not a seat.
One subscription covers the people who share the money. Nobody you invite ever sees a bill, and nobody's count goes up when they join.

How the billing actually works
The plain version. The Terms say it again in longer sentences. The trial
Everything is switched on for the whole of it. We show your trial length before you enter a card, and that is the length you get. Right now it is 7 days.
We collect a card when you start so the app does not stop mid-month, and the first charge lands the day after the trial ends. Cancel before then and you are not charged.
Longer trials come up from time to time. They run at our discretion and we can change or end them at any time, and ending one never shortens a trial already under way.
Trials are once per customer. If you have subscribed before under the same email, Stripe recognises you and the trial is not offered again.
Renewal
Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans renew every year. Renewal is automatic and continues until you cancel, and a receipt goes out each time.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal, linked in your account. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, so cancelling does not cut you off the same day.
After that the household goes read-only: your data stays visible, but importing, planning and editing are paused, and bank connections stop refreshing.
If you stop paying
We keep a lapsed household's data for 365 days, and we email you 30 days and 7 days before it is deleted. Subscribe again before then and everything is where you left it, bank connections included.
Changing plans
Plan and interval changes happen in the same portal, and your renewal date does not move. Moving up takes effect straight away and the difference settles on your next invoice. Moving down takes effect the same day and the unused part becomes account credit rather than a refund. Monthly to annual switches immediately without resetting the renewal date.
Price changes
Prices can change. If yours does, we tell you at least 30 days ahead and the new price starts at your next renewal, never in the middle of a period you have paid for. If you would rather not continue at the new price, cancel before that renewal.
Refunds
Payments are not refundable. You can cancel at any time and keep access to the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not refund or credit partial periods or periods you did not use.
Where local law gives you a right to cancel or be refunded regardless of this policy, that law applies.
Your card
Payments run through Stripe. Card numbers go to Stripe, not to us, and we never see or store them. What we hold is your plan, your renewal date and your receipts.
The full version is in the Terms of Use.
Questions people actually ask
How long is the free trial?
We show your trial length before you enter a card, and that is the length you get. Right now it is 7 days. Longer trials come up from time to time. They run at our discretion and we can change or end them at any time, and ending one never shortens a trial already under way.
Is there a free plan?
No. There is a free trial and then there is a paid plan. The trial gives you the whole app rather than a permanently limited version of it, and you see how long it runs before you enter a card.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
Yes. We collect your card up front so nothing is interrupted when the trial ends. We show your trial length before you enter a card, and that is the length you get. The first charge lands the day after it ends, and cancelling before then costs you nothing.
Do the people I invite pay?
No. One subscription covers up to 5 members of a household. They accept an invite and they are in. Two separate households means two subscriptions.
What is the difference between Premium and Premium AI?
One thing: Deep Review. Everything else the app does is in both plans, including the weekly check-in. Deep Review is an on-demand read of your whole setup, and Premium AI households can run it 30 times every 30 days.
What does Deep Review actually look at?
Your setup in the app, not your financial decisions. It looks for merchants that appear to be categorized wrongly, income that is not linked to a source, budget items you have not filled in, and gaps in what you have entered. Each finding comes with a one-tap fix that you confirm before it applies.
How often does the weekly check-in run?
It runs when you open the check-in page, so it waits for you rather than the other way round. There is no fixed day and nothing pings you. One session runs to 8 messages, and it is the same conversation for the rest of the week.
Can I switch plans or intervals?
Yes, from the Stripe customer portal, and your renewal date does not move. Moving up takes effect straight away and the difference settles on your next invoice. Moving down takes effect the same day and the unused part becomes account credit rather than a refund. Monthly to annual switches immediately, and the renewal date does not reset.
How many statements can I import?
200 per household every 30 days, by upload, by email, or straight from a connected account. Per-person limits sit under that. The household number is a generous one, and almost nobody reaches it.
I subscribed before and left. Do I get another trial?
No. Trials are once per customer and Stripe matches you by email. You can subscribe again at any time and billing starts immediately.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
The household goes read-only: your data stays visible, but importing, planning and editing are paused and bank connections stop refreshing. We keep the data for 365 days and email you 30 days and 7 days before it is deleted. Subscribe again before then and it is where you left it.
Why is the AI plan a separate price?
Because it costs us money every time it runs. Deep Review reads your whole setup in one pass, which is not free on our side, so it is not free on yours.
Does it tell me what to do with my money?
No. It shows you what your own numbers say and where each figure came from, and you decide. It does not rank your options, pick your targets, or project what your money will grow to, and it is not a licensed advisor.
Is my financial data secure?
We use bank-level encryption and never sell your data. Bank connections are read-only, so the app can never move money. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, through Stripe. If you have used Stripe Link before, checkout is faster.
You see the length before you enter a card.
And that is the length you get. Right now it is 7 days, long enough to watch a full month of pay coming in and bills going out before you decide.
Unspending Spree is a budgeting and tracking tool. It works from your own data and does the arithmetic, and you make the decisions. Actual results may vary. This is not financial advice.
